Pour Over

This method removes the coffee oils, leaving a cleaner coffee with less body.

Ingredients

20g Saigon Phin Daklak coffee (or 3 Tbsp)
100g water (or 4oz water) at 200˚F

Instructions

  1. Pour hot water through empty filter inside of pour over dripper
  2. Discard water
  3. Add coffee to pour over dripper
  4. Pour a little water just to saturate the coffee grounds
  5. Slowly pour remaining water into dripper in a circular motion

We recommend serving with 30g of condensed milk (Adjust amount to taste).
